Located some 7 miles north of a small town and
situated on 20 acres of beautifully landscaped
property, overlooking the water.
A well water system easily feeds all three modern
log cabins, owners house and the campground. The
campground is located in a birch grove and some
sites have water
and electrical hookup. All cabins
overlook the water.

outboard motors, vehicle, pumps,
etc..
LOCATION
Road accessible, located next bay to a float plane
base. The lodge is located approx. 600 miles North
of Winnipeg. 3 miles to Municipal Airport. Air
Accessible - Private planes land
at a paved runway 3
miles from the Lodge. Regular scheduled flights to
Thompson and the guests have the option to travel
the rest of the way by private vehicle or Grey Goose
Bus.
ACCOMMODATIONS
OWNERS RESIDENCE
Large two story house. Kitchen is 20' x 16' with a
stone floor, built in appliances, two large picture
windows overlooking the water. Both kitchen and LR
have open beam ceiling. Three bedrooms downstairs
and a 600 sq. ft. master suite upstairs with picture
windows in the master bathroom and bedroom. 4 pc.
bathroom and laundry room on the main floor.
4 pc.
master suite bathroom has double sinks. 1800 sq. ft.
total.
CABINS
The three pine log cabins are modern, housekeeping
style. each has a 4 pc. bathroom, kitchen with
utensils, el. fridge and stove, LR with wood stove,
two bedrooms that sleep 6 (8) comfortably in bunks.
Each has a deck with BBQ and two picture windows to
overlook the river. Open beam ceilings.
ECOTOURISM
The lodge property is nested on a glacial esker
within the boreal forest. Spectacular
views of the
River Area and many walking trails along with the
history of the area provide an atmosphere that's
hard to match for the lodge visitors. There are also
pictographs just around the bend from the lodge.
They are ancient and documentation is available on
them. The rock wall is just a beautiful area and
there is great fishing..near the one set
of
pictographs. Fabulous fishing, great views and
opportunities for future expansion into Ecotourism.
